This document outlines the procedures that we use to manage the personal data collected by our website, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Code applied by the relevant Regulator.
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 (hereafter “Legislative Decree 196/2003”) consolidates all the national provisions on personal data security and processing, transposing Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
The Decree, referred to as “Personal Data Protection Code”, ensures that personal data are processed in full respect of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects, of their dignity, confidentiality, personal identity and right to personal data protection.
The use of this website implies full acceptance of this privacy policy.

Place of processing of the data
The data associated with the web services of this site are processed at our  headquarters only by the personnel of our data controller, by contractors in charge of data processing, by contractors (if any) carrying out occasional maintenance jobs and by couriers delivering the goods.

Provision of the data
The provision of personal data by the user is optional, but necessary to enable us to meet his/her requirements. Personal data are defined as all data permitting the identification of a person, such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, etc.
If the user fails to provide his/her personal data, we may be unable to meet his/her requirements.

Type of data and purpose of the processing
Navigation data
During their normal operation, the information systems and software programmes of our website collect some personal data, whose communication is implied in the use of the communication protocols of the Internet. These data are not collected to be associated with specific users. However, their processing and their association with third parties’ data might permit the identification of users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users logging onto websites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the queried resources, the time of the query, the method used to submit the query to the server, the size of the file obtained in response thereto, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters of the user’s operating system and information environment. These data are used with the sole purpose of receiving anonymous statistical data on the use of the website and to check its proper operation and are immediately cancelled after processing. These data might be used to identify possible crimes or frauds perpetrated through this website. Apart from this assumption, the data on web contacts are not stored for more than seven days.
Purpose of the processing
The personal data of users entering a service order are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service and are not disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is mandated by law or strictly necessary to meet their requirements.
The specific purposes of the processing are indicated in detail in our service offerings.
For each offered service, the user will find specific data privacy statements under art. 13 of Legislative 196/2003, which are based on our Privacy Policy. In formulating their queries, we invite users not to indicate names or personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary and thus to use imaginary names.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
The sending of voluntary and explicit e-mails to the addresses specified on our website implies the acquisition of the sender’s address, which will be used to respond to his/her e-mails, as well as of any other personal data reported in the same e-mails.

Third parties’ data
In the website section dedicated to the purchase of our products, the user has the option of having the goods delivered to third parties, by specifying the identification data and the full postal address of the recipient. These data will be used solely to deliver the order.

Cookies are text elements that are entered into the hard disk of a computer only after authorisation. If the user gives his/her consent, the text is downloaded into a small file. Cookies are aimed at speeding up the analysis of web traffic or indicating when a specific website is visited and they allow web applications to send data to individual users. No personal data of users are collected in this way by our website. Cookies are not used to communicate personal data; no session cookies, no persistent cookies of any kind and no systems to track users are used.

Rights of the data subjects
In compliance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data subjects are entitled to obtain, at any time, the confirmation of the existence of personal data, their content and origin, to check their accuracy or to request updates thereof or additions and changes thereto.
The data subjects are also entitled to request and obtain the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of the data that have been processed unlawfully, and to object to their processing on legitimate grounds.
